L|S Real Estate Group is a St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador real estate team with Keller Williams Platinum Realty, launched on November 1, 2024 by co-founders Tony Lucas and Natasha Sutherland. The team helps buyers, sellers, investors and newcomers across the St. John's metro area and the province, in English, French, Ukrainian, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. Its specialties include relocations to Newfoundland, estates and life transitions, new construction, and investment and commercial property.
Natasha and Tony launched the team with a shared vision of building something bigger than what either could achieve alone. By combining experience, strengths, and long-term goals, they formed a team designed to grow, evolve, and serve clients across Newfoundland and Labrador.
