Today, the team includes Stephen Moss as a buyer’s agent and Christine Delaney as the team’s administrative support, allowing L|S Real Estate Group to provide organized, responsive service while continuing to expand both its client base and team structure.

Tony Lucas is deeply connected to both Newfoundland and the French-speaking world. Originally from Miquelon, with a mother from Newfoundland and Labrador, Tony has lived in France for many years and is fluent in French across multiple regions and dialects. His background gives him a strong understanding of the cultural and practical needs of French-speaking newcomers and residents in St. John’s.
Tony created French Fridays YYT, a networking and social group designed to connect French-speaking people in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and help them build meaningful relationships within the local community. Through regular events and gatherings, the group provides a welcoming space for connection, conversation, and professional networking.
These events are hosted at the local French restaurant Bibi Bistro and are supported through collaboration with the French community and cultural organizations in Newfoundland. The goal of the group is to bring people together, support newcomers, and strengthen the presence of French culture and language in the province.
Through this work, Tony contributes to making Newfoundland a more inclusive and connected place to live, especially for those arriving from French-speaking countries or regions.
